Safety

The rules of the room.
Read them slowly.

Safety is what makes TwoSeats possible. These are not negotiable, and they apply to everyone — Seekers, Story Hosts, moderators, and us.

  1. 01.

    This is not therapy.

Story Hosts are people, not clinicians. If you are in a mental health crisis, please contact a local helpline.

  2. 02.

    This is not coaching.

Hosts are not here to fix you, design your roadmap, or sell a programme. They are sharing what life taught them.

  3. 03.

No legal, medical, or financial advice.

Hosts share personal experience only. They will not advise you on a specific case, diagnosis, lawyer, or investment.

  4. 04.

This is not a dating platform.

Romantic or sexual approaches are out of bounds and will result in removal.

  5. 05.

No harassment, abuse, or hate speech.

Anyone may end the call at any time, for any reason, without explanation.

  6. 06.

    No recording without consent.

Do not screen-record, take screenshots, or share what was said outside the room without explicit consent.

  7. 07.

    No asking for money.

Money cannot change hands during or after the conversation, in any direction.

  8. 08.

No pressure to share private details.

Both people get to choose what they share. Saying "I'd rather not" is always allowed.

  9. 09.

Either person can end the call.

There is a clearly visible end button in the room. Using it is never rude.

  10. 10.

First conversations stay on the platform.

Do not exchange phone numbers or personal emails on the first call. We protect both people from accidental commitments.

If something goes wrong

You can leave at any time.

Use the end-call button. It is large and clearly visible. After the call, file a report — every single one is read by our moderation team within 48 hours.
